Updrilled the aft spar for the aft locking pin. Installed the wing and the pivot bolt. The pre-build spars didn't require any reaming work to fit the bolt. Assembled the lock mechanism and checked that it engaged the forward and aft locks. There is no detectable play in the outboard wing when the locks are engaged.
The wings would not fit under my 82.5" garage door. I had to trim all the material off the stop tabs to get the wings under the door. The wings are about 38 degrees from vertical to fit under the door. With the wingtips installed this will need to increase. Since there is no tab left, I'll need to file the stop contact area on the inboard spar to increase the angle.
The Sensenich ground adjustable prop arrived today, about 7 weeks after the order was placed.
Heard from Sonex that the crotch seat belt attaches to the forward side of the main spar. They will be correcting F03 view C-C. Glad I didn't do any cutting of the seat pan.
